Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your order provided items you ordered are in stock. You will receive an email from us if items are on backorder or are out of stock. Delivery time of your order depends on the shipping destination and shipping method chosen. UPS Ground typically takes 3-4 days for delivery depending on location. Once an order has left Rescue Spa, it is in the care of UPS. Rescue Spa is not liable for any errors made by the service provider.
