A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Rescue Spa adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please call us at 1-866-772-2766 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to show and any cancellations with less than 24-hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service(s).

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to get comfortable and enjoy complimentary refreshments in our spa lounge. Let the pampering begin!

Most services flow best without the interference of jewelry. We recommend leaving your valuables at home as we’re not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

To preserve a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, we ask for cell phones to be silenced during your time at Rescue Spa.

Cost of services with Rescue Spa owner, Danuta Mieloch and select therapists are not listed in this menu; please contact us for details on pricing.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Rescue Spa Gift Certificates, American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Gratuity is cash or Venmo.

If you’re pregnant, have allergies, medical conditions, or are taking medications, please consult with your physician to determine which services are right for you and be sure to inform your technician before your service begins.

Please note, for their safety and out of respect for our guests, children under 12 years of age are not permitted at Rescue Spa during services and anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during services.

Please note the following important Gift Card Terms & Conditions:

• Gift Cards can only be used in person at our Philadelphia or New York City spa locations, they cannot be used online at www.shoprescuespa.com.
• When redeeming a Gift Card purchased online, the recipient will be required to show identification that matches the name on the Gift Card so please be sure to address the Gift Card to the recipient’s full name.
• Gift Cards purchased online may take up to 24 hours to be active for use.
• Gift Cards may be used in person at our locations to pay for any services or products.
• The value of a Gift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
• A Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit towards Rescue accounts.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable.
• Gift cards are valid for 1 year after their date of purchase
• Acceptance of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions.
